According to BET, Diddy plans to continue runnin’ the city by expanding his empire to include a business academy! After appearing on Anderson Cooper’s AC360 (one of my favorite shows btw)earlier this week, Diddy has publicly declared his idea for this academy, which he hopes will reside in Harlem (where he spent part of his childhood). While there has been no confirmation of a name and/or specific details behind this new venture, with Puff’s name attached to it, I’m almost positive it will be successful.

While on AC360, this is what Puff had to say:

 “I want to have an academy that’s known for building leaders. I feel that’s one of the things I can have an impact on.” Combs is determined to be a good role model for youngsters and is convinced launching his own school is the best hands-on approach. He adds, “I want to take on more responsibility. I’m still honestly in search of how I can have the most positive effect that I can have.”

After his tear-jerking acceptance speech at this year’s BET Honors, it is apparent that even through the ugly rumors behind Puff being one of the hardest men to work for and with, his humble beginnings have shaped him into the man he is today, and like it or not, the man is a mogul.
